The structure of our group: Do we need a "community leader?" on each campus? (I don't have an answer for this question) What are the duties of this position that are separate and unique from all of the duties of the other people in this group?
What is the name of this group? Are we "visible" to our SAS community (in the same way that the PD Committee, etc. is...or maybe we don't need to be)?

The potential power of holding 1 day CFG retreats with 8 people per group (opposed to 2 day retreats with a larger group) in the future. This might provide a scaffolding towards people creating CFG groups. There is also possibility here for running retreats that are campus specific (to alleviate transportation issues).
